Americans’ Optimism about Buying and Selling a Home Hits Record Levels
The recovery of the real estate industry here locally has been largely fueled by investors scooping up bargain properties. But as economic optimism increases, more young buyers are making the move to purchase their first home, some are acquiring larger homes to meet their growing families needs, and retirees are selling their homes and downsizing into a home with less maintenance and more conveniences. Optimism is all that is needed to turn it around, and we're happy to see the signs of a real recovery.
